Head of Product

We are looking for a talented Head of Product to lead Product strategy in the company.

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage a team of Product managers and Product designers in the development of an exciting product that combines technology and education. You will lead the conception, development, and successful launch of new product lines alongside the continuous improvement of the existing product offering. You will be collaborating with various teams, multiple stakeholders and customers.

The successful candidate has to be a very passionate and versatile product manager, who wants to be involved in all product aspects, from the strategy to the detailed solution.

Responsibilities:

● Take a major role in defining the product vision and strategy

● Manage a team of Product managers and Product designers

● Lead the conception, development, and successful launch of a new product line

● Lead continuous improvement of the existing product offering, ensuring alignment with evolving customer needs and industry trends

● Master the product and lead the requirements through the full lifecycle, from ideation to development and launch, taking into consideration time, features, resources, and quality to meet the business objectives.

● Work closely with Executives, Marketing, Sales, PR, Design and Support teams to successfully ship new features.

● Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders – R&D, UX designer, Data science, Marketing and CS

● Become an expert in all product aspects

Requirements:

● Experienced Product Manager with at least 3 years of experience in a Product leadership role

● The candidate must possess a comprehensive skill set encompassing the entire product development lifecycle, particularly in leading successful product pivots, working with external partners to integrate 3rd party products into system and the creation of new product lines

● Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams

● Team player with excellent communication skills

● Experience in SaaS companies

● Strong technical background

● Fluent English speaking and writing skills

● Experience with ML - either technically or in a PM role
