Job Description:

We seek a versatile and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist, well-versed in both 365 security features and other cloud services like Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS. This role is ideal for a candidate who is technically adept, enthusiastic about cybersecurity, and thrives in a remote, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult and assist clients in all aspects of information security.
• Conduct information collection, security assessments, and develop work plans based on findings.
• Create and implement security policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements.
• Work on ongoing tasks such as developing cybersecurity culture, implementing security capabilities based on structured programs, enhancing business enablement capabilities in security areas like product security, cloud security, DevSecOps, application security, and IT security.
• Address legal and regulatory risks, respond to security questionnaires, and develop security awareness programs.
• Participate in incident response readiness, security product reviews, and support team implementations.
• Provide expertise in 365 security features, as well as security aspects of cloud services including Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS.
• Promote and implement recognized best practices in cybersecurity, including ISO 27001/NIST frameworks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends.
• Engage in proactive communication and collaboration within a remote team setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Solid experience in cybersecurity, particularly with 365 and cloud service providers.
• Hands-on technical skills and a proven track record in implementing effective cybersecurity measures.
• Strong communication skills, adept at knowledge sharing and fostering a learning environment.
• Capable of self-management and effective collaboration in a fully remote work setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• A high level of self-motivation and passion for cybersecurity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.).
• Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of information security.
