We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Recruiter who will also be responsible for our Israeli site social media presence.

As a Recruiter and Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent while actively managing our online presence through strategic Israeli social media activities.

Responsibilities

Recruitment (85% of the role) :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, including social media, networking events, and other innovative approaches
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit ,scheduling interviews, and facilitating the offer and onboarding process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance
• Manage ongoing relations with recruitment agencies
  
  

• Crafting engaging posts, creating compelling content for the company’s IL social media channels
• Plan and execute social media content to promote IL job openings, company culture, and industry presence
  
  

• Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in end-to-end recruitment processes- A must
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and contact creating, proficiency in using social media platforms for professional purposes- A must
• Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .Second degree- A plus
• Excellent English both written and verbal- A must
• Creative mindset and business orientation thinking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams
