Scope

Part-time, 3 days per week (60%). Fully remote.

Availability to travel abroad up to 3 times a year.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like

Logistics and operations, including:

• Support and coordinate the company's in-person gatherings
• Employee equipment and gifting
• Support other departments' operational needs (HR, Marketing, and Product)
• Write and document the company’s operational procedures
• Giveaway planning and execution, ownership of our swag platforms

Bookkeeping, including:

• Take care of ongoing bookkeeping and accounting requirements
• Track and update invoices and receipts on our accounting platform
• Log, track, and report monthly revenues
• Issue tax invoices and receipts
• Handle payments according to needs

Campaign management, including:

• Backoffice operations with our direct advertisers
• Set up new campaigns, update and modify existing ones
• Monitoring advertiser dashboards and campaigns
• Reporting to clients, as well as maintaining good relationships with our clients
• Initiate, write, and maintain the ‘advertising’ section and publication materials on the website and other channels

What would make you a great fit?

• Fluent in both Hebrew and English (speaking and writing)
• Previous experience in operations/customer support/executive assistance
• Previous experience working with SaaS platforms (Jira, Slack, etc.)
• Experience in working fully-remote - advantage
• Previous experience working for startups or venture capital firms - advantage
