Senior Product Manager - Mobile App

As Product Manager you will be part of Gett’s mobile app product team, leading the on-demand revolution in transportation and new verticals across all of our markets.

The Product team focuses on providing world class experience to our riders, through features and amazing user experience. Having millions of riders, the Gett product managers have a unique position in analysing vast data that supports the Product processes, and making an impact on the lives of many.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Gett’s mobile app who will be focusing on providing a wow experience to riders. You’ll be driving the vision and execution of our roadmap while working with many stakeholders across multiple territories.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate customer insights through market and customer research to guide product vision and roadmap creation
• Lead products and features throughout their life cycle. From concept to product requirements to execution and requirements materialization.
• Work closely with UX, Engineering, Customer Experience & Marketing teams to build best in class mobile app products and roll these out to the market
• Analyze features performance and iterate until objectives are met, through qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Contribute to the Gett product roadmap

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years managing mobile app products.
• Track record of managing and delivering business cases and requirements for B2C products
• Advantage: Experience with building business cases, teasing requirements and delivering products for B2B customers
• Have the ability to design compelling customer journeys with a strong understanding of user experience
• Ability to prioritize and focus on the main goals while being detail-oriented to ensure flawless execution
• Excited about finding solutions to real customer problems and collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as developers, designers, sales, marketing, ops, etc.
• Data-driven, with a good understanding of how to define relevant metrics, success KPIs, monitoring these following rollouts and knowing to troubleshoot faulty funnels.
• B.Sc in computer science / Industrial Engineering / Product Design or similar experience as a Software Engineer or
• startup founder - advantage
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading presentations to executives and large groups of people.
