As the Vice President of Engineering, you will guide and grow our engineering teams to develop and deliver Saas applications which are of high quality, reliable and scale to meet the performance expectations of our enterprise customers.

The company deploys real-world attacks using reverse-engineered malware onto a virtual corporate network. Their clients have to really defend against live attacks using commercial-grade security tools and full cloud and on-premises environments. Using the product, customers can effectively train cyber professionals in industry-standard detection, response, and attack mitigation techniques.

It's all about cyber and people – understanding the psychology behind learning and assessing while using the latest ang greatest attacks, campaigns, and APTs.

We are looking for an experienced Head of RnD person, to lead multiple RnD departments and cross-department processes and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing our RnD teams and groups
• Mentor the engineering team leads and group managers.
• Managing cross-functional process – DevOps, SW, and QA tams
• Build, lead and execute cross departments (SW – Devops) workplans, including professional review of the planning and results.
• Define KPI for success and execute accordingly.
• Build and improve the organization work procedures.
• Responsible for the entire RnD structure and strategy; make sure it aligns with the business requirements and the company strategy.
• Lead people recruitment, training & career path development

Requirements:

• Experience in managing managers – team leaders /group managers.
• A leader – a people person at first, and then - a proactive, motivated, result-oriented person who can build complex work plans, manage the strategy and get into details once it is required.
• Experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructures – AWS, Azure, GCP – BIG ADVANTAGE!
• Passion for cyber security is a MUST
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent military background
