Position Overview: Trader Support Agent

We seek a highly motivated Support Success Agent with a retail financial services background or financial markets experience to join our dynamic team.

This full-time position in our office in Ra’anana offers growth opportunities and great terms. 

Role:

• Guiding our traders by sharing insights into the rules governing our funding programs.
• Engaging in one-on-one conversations and providing advice on various trading-related topics.
• Managing trading accounts efficiently through our manager software.
• Overseeing live chat interactions and delivering clear responses to potential traders or current portfolio managers.
• Promptly addressing customer queries through ticketing systems, emails, live chat, and phone.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge and passion for financial markets, preferably with previous trading experience
• Fluent in English language is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Impressive interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• High working ethic
