VoIP Technician

Role Description

We are currently seeking a VoIP Technician for our client. This is a full-time, on-site VoIP Technician role.

The VoIP Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support for Cisco VoIP-related issues, performing network administration tasks, and working with telephony systems daily.

Qualifications

• MUST: at least 2 years' experience with Cisco VoIP/ Telephony Systems.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Cisco VoIP.
• Experience in Network Administration

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Cisco routes, SIP, PRI
• Cisco CCNP Collaboration certified – an advantage
