About the role:

As our HR Manager, you'll lead the charge in managing cross-company HR processes and drive talent acquisition in Israel. Your role extends beyond traditional HR – you'll be a key strategic partner for various departments. Your mission? Crafting and implementing strategies to develop and retain Zencity’s top-notch talent, all while syncing HR plans with our company's objectives. Ultimately, you will be the critical driver in Israel in ensuring our HR policies and practices move from Zencity’s time as a start-up to a mature company.

Reporting to the HR Director (North America), you’ll partner together to develop and implement programs for the entire employee lifecycle, with strong emphasis on employee development and training. You’ll also manage the Talent Acquisition Specialist in Israel to ensure Zencity continues to hire rock star employees.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance for managers and employees through all employment lifecycle events and collaborate with various departments to align HR strategies with their specific objectives
• Plan and execute cross-company HR processes including onboarding, performance management, salary reviews, engagement surveys, and employee check-ins
• Build strong business relationships and serve as a trusted advisor for stakeholders and employees
• Manage the Talent Acquisition Specialist in Israel, collaborating to identify hiring needs, attract and recruit fitting talent
• Drive initiatives for the development and retention of high-performing employees
• Develop and implement management training and development programs with a particular focus on separate programs designed for staff across the company, managers and senior leadership
• Facilitate change management processes and support managers throughout change to support business goals
• Cultivate initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management / HRBP role, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and cross-company HR processes
• Experience working in a global company and working with employees in multiple geographies
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies
• Knowledge and a hands-on approach in all HR aspects - hiring, organizational development, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal English fluency is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• People’s person - great communicator, sensitive, responsive
• High level of confidentiality and discretion
• Strong relationship and trust building skills
