We are looking for an FP&A Manager in Tel Aviv to join our Finance team. This is an opportunity to hold a key financial position in a fast-growing global company. The successful candidate will also partner with the CFO in developing and executing Anzu’s financial strategic plan.

• Act as Finance Business partner to the senior executive leadership team
• Establish, track, assess, and evaluate the financial performance of the organization concerning operational goals, budgets, forecasts, and ongoing KPIs
• Participate in preparing the company’s internal and external reporting
• Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders and present your findings and analysis
• Manage and oversee several financial processes across the company and its US and UK subsidiaries
• Assist and work closely with the CFO on fundraising initiatives and investor relationships
• Develop and improve work processes, policies, and compliance to support company objectives and growth
  
  

• A degree in Economics or Business
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with tech companies — an advantage
• Previous experience in managing FP&A for a global company and its subsidiaries
• A hands-on approach, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and constantly improve the finance cycle
• An ability to deliver quality work with outstanding attention to detail within tight deadlines
• Strong organizational, team management, and task prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
