As a Learning Business Partner, you will:

• Design the global corporate learning strategy and workplans
• Identify organizational and team learning needs
• Design, generate and execute innovative learning programs
• Set the foundations for the company’s learning platforms and methodologies

If you have:

• At Least 4 years' experience in leading corporate learning programs
• Academic degree in a related field
• Ability to design learning programs from conception, engage stakeholders and manage diverse partner relationships.
• Familiarity with LMS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) required
