Cybersecurity Consultant

CYE is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant with high potential and a deep understanding of offensive and defensive security. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will manage global-wide security processes, conduct architectural reviews of solutions, take a leading role in penetration testing activities on networking/application/OT and other elements that will help evaluate and improve our customers’ security level, and work with Fortune 500 companies. Responsibilities

• Perform architecture reviews on designed or deployed environments, identifying security flaws and recommending mitigation plans
• Escort mitigation plans and design practical implementations for security issues
• Research and advocate for new security solutions and technologies
• Security by design - review and recommend modifications to enterprise solutions based on security best practices
• Conduct threat modelling for complex enterprise solutions
• Be a leading focal point for cybersecurity topics in an enterprise working with a wide range of stakeholders
• Ensure global enterprise changes adhere to security best practices
• Lead global security projects to strengthen the enterprise’s cyber security posture
• Lead global organization security assessments to increase the security posture
  
  

• 5 years of hands-on experience with securing large organizational networks, including security controls (e.g., AV, EDR/XDR, DLP, Device control, etc.), OS hardening, network devices’ security, etc
• Strong knowledge in security network architecture, Domain/cloud environment security, Endpoint protection, and Security framework (MITRE OWASP), Application security knowledge (advantage)
• Practical experience in consulting services and risk assessment
• Practical experience with SaaS security and SaaS vendor assessment
• Practical experience with at least one cloud environment – Azure – A significant advantage
• Independence & self-learning capability
• Experience in managing security projects in an enterprise ecosystem
• Familiarity with multiple operating systems, minimally Windows and Linux
• Experience/working with security operation center (SOC) - Advantage
• Experience with Mobile device management solutions (advantage)
• Experience in Scoping and understanding abstract concepts from a cyber security perspective (advantage)
• Ability to present simple and coherently technical structures and security gaps to stakeholders
• A proven capability in written and spoken English
