Our flagship game - Match Masters, an innovative multiplayer match 3 puzzle, is played by millions of players and we’re focused on making it even better with more players joining each day.

About the Job

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic product manager to join our expanding team as our first Product Manager. You will be responsible for shaping and enhancing the user experience of our game. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on product features and directions. You will also manage the lifecycle of in-game mechanics and features, from conception through development until they are live in the game.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with key stakeholders (CEO, Development, Art, Monetization, etc) to ensure that all product features and directions are aligned
• Gather and analyze feature requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/UX flows, wireframes and user stories
• Manage timelines and deliverables with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of features
• Review game KPIs and monitor market trends to proactively identify opportunities to innovate and optimize player experience
• Improve performance and business outcomes by collaborating with analytics teams to define tests and optimize features once they are released to production in light of their results

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a gaming company
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative mobile gaming experiences
• Team player, accountable and dependable, help others where possible, have strong communication skills and willing to accept and share feedback
• Leader, able to engage and motivate others to collaborate
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to identify and assess strengths and weaknesses of product assumptions through critical thinking
