About The Team And Role

You will oversee the HR function for the Isreal Site. Must be able to work Hybrid scheduled - in office 2 days a week. You will develop, support, mentor and managed the HR Israel team. You will establish relationships of trust across the organization from all levels to our Executive Leadership team. You will partner with leaders to meet short term and long term business objectives and prioritize projects and initiatives against broader company objectives.

• Organizational design
• Effective HR processes
• HRIS/Data management

• Contribute/lead initiatives for the global HR function
• Own the partnership with various global HR teams to ensure alignment
  
  

• Degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of relevant HR experience
• 5+ years of HR leadership
• Experience working as an HR site or division leader while coordinating with global HR team/functions
• Experience implementing and maintaining HRIS systems
• A strong collaborator who has demonstrated the ability to influence individuals at all levels of a company
• Deep understanding of how to create/maintain a vibrant, healthy, world-class culture
• Strategic thinker who is also engaged in the tactical execution of HR initiatives

• Strong analytical skills. Ability to assess processes and outcomes by establishing solid metrics of performance. Able to combine analytical reasoning, creativity and sound judgment to make decision
• Excellent verbal, written and storytelling interpersonal communication/presentation skills.
