This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will also develop and implement recruiting strategies, maintain a talent pool, and manage relationships with recruiting agencies. Additionally, the Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all hiring laws and regulations.

• Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and experience dealing with complex recruiting needs
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in highly competitive markets
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and develop solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making processes
• Knowledge of recruiting and hiring laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Experience recruiting for software development and AI roles is a plus
• HR certification preferred
