Logistics and Production Coordinator

The international makeup brand @Natasha Denona is looking for a Logistics and Production Coordinator!

Full-time position in Tel Aviv.

Day to day:

* Daily work and communication with the company's suppliers to ensure delivery within strict time frames while meeting high-quality standards.

* Arranging both local and international shipments working directly with forwarders, 3PL and the company business partners.

* Optimizing the delivery procedure so that it is the most economical and accurate in order to meet the requirements of the company's customers.

* Development of business relationships with the company's suppliers, including shipping companies for the purpose of establishing a schedule for deliveries.

* Act as a liaison between the company's suppliers and the Inventory Planner.

* Ongoing maintenance of projects while providing progress status updates to the various departments in the company.

* Updating the ERP system on a regular basis ensuring the data is relevant and accurate at all times.

Requirements:

* English at a high level - a must!

* Knowledge of EXCEL at a high level - a must!

* knowledge of SAP.

* Ability to perform several tasks at the same time while prioritizing correctly and working at a fast pace.

* Ability to collect information, track and analyze a large amount of data.

* Ability to work under pressure and hard deadlines.

* Excellent verbal and writing skills to establish relationships with the company's suppliers.
