Technical Manager

To the Defense Systems Plant in the Missile and Space Division, we are seeking a Technical Manager.

In this role- you will collaborate with the Program Manager and the chief system engineer to ensure the system's readiness for delivery to the customer.

Your responsibilities will encompass the technical aspects of the system, interaction with subcontractors, system integration, acceptance testing, customer support during system deployment, and leading and conducting experiments.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering – mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the technical management of multidisciplinary systems – mandatory
• Experience in team management/command course – mandatory
• Experience with air defense systems – an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Proficient in English
• Knowledge of additional languages – an advantage

Our innovative capabilities manifest in homeland defense, preservation of national, regional, and local infrastructures, as well as in communication and broadcasting infrastructures for various private and commercial applications. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for all activities related to preparing systems for delivery, testing, integration in Israel and abroad, and providing technical and engineering support to the customer and the systems in all technical aspects.
