Role Description:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all the technical operation aspects related to our technology. This includes installations of new intersections, onboarding new customers, using ITC’s property technology and tools, monitoring, solving technical issues in real-time and more. As part of the job, you will have outdoor visits to address customer needs, integrations and problem-solving.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in tier 2 technical support or implementations/escalations for advanced technological systems.

- Proficiency in command line. 

- Proficiency in SQL queries and logs filtering.

- Experience in IT aspects (Linux OS installation, backups, Antivirus, etc.).

- Understanding the basics of networking (IP addresses, ports, firewalls, VPN, etc.).

- BSc in software engineering/ computer science / electrical engineering - significant advantage.
