Product Manager

About the Job:

Redwood International Sports is a leading data-driven sports company specializing in innovative data products within the football industry. We harness the power of data to provide valuable insights to our clients. We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our dedicated team. As a Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing our data products from concept to release. You will be responsible for collecting requirements, conducting research, defining specifications, collaborating with our development team, and overseeing the release process, including rigorous quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with development teams to create and improve our data products.
• Define product specifications and work with development teams to ensure product development aligns with these specifications.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to release.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure product meets defined requirements and quality standards.
• Liaise with stakeholders within the company to gather product requirements and regularly report on product status and progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Direct daily contact with clients abroad.

Requirements:

• 5 Years of experience in Product Manager or Delivery Manager- a must
• Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and derive insights- a must.
• Experience managing a team of at least 4-5 employees.
• Experience and ability to prioritize several projects at the same time.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• University degree (B.Sc. preferred) in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
• English - mother tongue level - a must
• Passion for sports and cricket in particular - a significant advantage
