Frontend Tech Lead

Collaborate with our architects team to shape and implement the frontend architecture and design.

Lead the technical development of frontend applications using React.js, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.

Key functions and responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with the overall system architecture.

Define best practices, coding standards, and processes to ensure high-quality and maintainable frontend code.

Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends, and introduce tools and techniques to enhance the frontend development process.

Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for frontend development, aligning it with the company's business objectives.

Provide technical guidance and support to the frontend development team, ensuring that the technical direction is effectively communicated and executed.

At least 5 years as a frontend developer with expertise in React.js, React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux. Familiarity with CMS systems is mandatory.

Proven experience as a frontend tech lead.

Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to lead the technical development of frontend applications.

In-depth understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Passion for technology and a strong desire to stay updated with the latest frontend trends and developments.

Experience with performance optimization, testing, and debugging of applications.

Contribution to open-source projects or active participation in the frontend developer community.
