Technical Manager & Senior Infrastructure Architect

MedOne seeks a Technical manager & senior infrastructure architect to join our Professional Services Team.

As a Technical manager & senior infrastructure architect, you will join a group of Senior System Cloud and Virtualization Engineers providing technical leadership and building solutions for MedOne's customers. This role involves defining system architecture and integrating with all major cloud providers. You will work with MedOne Enterprise customers and lead researching technical innovations, and Engage in POCs to assess technical risk. You should have a "can do" attitude and be able to collaborate with your team as equals.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural approaches and detailed technical engineering specifications for production infrastructure and tools
• Help design, implement, debug, and maintain the company's network and cloud infrastructure
• Develop architectural PoCs and evaluate new technologies and tools
• Help identify bottlenecks in all infrastructure-related areas
• Tutor and mentor other engineers about cloud-related topics
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Pitch and present cloud/platform/SW solutions to all levels of customer organisations

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years prior IT And System experience in enterprise environments is required
• Proven experience working in a high-performing sales environment, as an individual contributor
• Experience working with senior decision-makers and enterprise-type accounts
• Deep virtualization knowledge of private and public cloud ecosystems
• Expertise knowledge & experience with VMware environments
• Design, implement and maintain large and complex VMware Cloud Infrastructure Environment.
• Large Virtual Environment VMware
• Servers and operating systems, Windows & Linux
• Enterprise storage solutions SAN/NAS
• Design and development of new Cloud service including documentation
