Machine Learning Engineer

We're looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to lead a project focused on creating an enterprise-level chatbot system based on open-source models.

Responsibilities

• Select, modify, and implement open-source machine learning models suitable for an enterprise-level chatbot solution.
• Design and architect machine learning systems that can scale and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and data scientists, to integrate the chatbot into existing infrastructures.
• Conduct performance metrics and KPIs to measure the chatbot’s effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and guide them through best practices in machine learning.
• Stay updated on recent advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning and natural language processing.
• Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and experience using machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Prior experience in leading machine learning projects from conception to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Next.js and React frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise software development.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
