Identification and handling of complex cyber events, technical development and maintenance of monitoring systems and tools under the responsibility of the SOC

Handling and operation of complex cyber events - escalation from Tier2 analysts.
Identification of suspected advanced attacks based on alerts from the SIEM system and advanced security systems and intelligence factors.
Building new controls, workflows for identification and automation development for handling cyber threats, including integration of intelligence.
Training and teaching of Tier2 and external Soc analysts, improving investigation methodologies, new attack methods.

Requirements:

Experience as a Tier2 cyber analyst in a SOC - at least two years
Technical ability to write scripts and develop processes in Powershell/Python - required
Experience working with SIEM systems - QRADAR/Arcsight and SOAR systems
Experience in identifying and handling cyber events - 3 years required
