We have an opportunity for a Software Manager / Full Stack to join us at Honeywell Cybersecurity Group in Petah Tikva, Israel. Leading a dynamic team in revolutionizing OT cybersecurity, you will spearhead the development of the web interface for our cutting-edge OT cybersecurity product suite. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

At Honeywell, we're not just developing products; we're crafting innovations that redefine the OT security landscape. With a focus on NodeJS, ReactJS, and MongoDB, our Web Applications team is at the forefront of enhancing and scaling applications to usher in the next era of cybersecurity.

Key Requirements

• Developing sophisticated web applications for our cybersecurity product and cloud platform.
• Taking ownership of the entire development process, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Managing a global team of 5-10 Full Stack developers, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Collaborating closely with the Product Management and UX/UI Design teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
  
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development.
• Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing full-stack teams
• Expertise in developing large-scale, modular JavaScript applications.
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and a strong understanding of MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Linux-based deployments is a definite advantage.
• A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering is a plus.
