Head of Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Head of Human Resources to join our team.

Candidates should have experience in traditional industries, security, and integration companies, as well as in medium-large global companies.

Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with the company's objectives, industry-specific needs, and the diverse nature of our business.
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from entry-level positions to executive leadership, ensuring a consistent and inclusive approach to hiring across all business sectors.
• Data Analysis and Reporting to provide insights and recommendations for HR-related decision-making.
• Experience in managing HR aspects during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of HR functions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• B.A/ M.A/ M.B.A in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in HR roles in traditional industries (Must), integration firms, large/medium-sized companies, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of HR legal regulations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven track record of successful HR procedures and initiatives.
• Strong ability to adapt to a variety of work environments that are constantly changing.
