Key Requirements:

1. International Experience: Proven track record of working in an international business environment, navigating diverse financial landscapes, and managing global financial operations.

2. Startup and Corporate Experience: Blend of experience in both startup and corporate settings, showcasing adaptability and agility in financial management across different business scales.

3. Funding Experience: Demonstrated success in securing funding from various sources, including venture capital, private equity, and strategic partnerships. Proven ability to optimize capital structure and drive financial sustainability.

4. Nasdaq Experience: Experience in successfully taking a high-tech company public on Nasdaq, including navigating regulatory requirements, investor relations, and strategic financial planning for the IPO process.

5. SaaS Companies Experience: In-depth knowledge and experience in the financial management of Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, understanding the unique financial challenges and opportunities in the industry.

6. MBA in Finance: Possession of an MBA with a focus on finance, showcasing a strong foundation in financial principles and strategic financial management.

7. Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Hebrew is essential for effective communication and collaboration within our diverse and globally connected team.

8. Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically, bringing innovative financial solutions to the table. Proactive and self-driven, with a mindset to take initiative and execute plans without constant direction.

9. Doer and Decision Maker: A proactive individual who not only identifies opportunities but also takes decisive action. Demonstrated ability to drive results and make critical decisions in a timely manner.

10. Strategist: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Proven experience in developing and executing financial strategies that contribute to the company's long-term success.

- Global Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with international tax regulations and a track record of ensuring compliance with diverse regulatory frameworks to support the company's global operations.

- Digital Economy Regulation for SaaS Companies: In-depth knowledge of digital economy regulations specific to SaaS companies, ensuring compliance and strategic financial planning within the Global evolving digital landscape.

- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Experience in leading financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, and successful integration of acquired entities.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business landscape, showcasing resilience and adaptability to navigate changing market conditions and business environments.

- Cultural Sensitivity: A global mindset with the ability to understand and navigate diverse cultural nuances, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
