On behalf of our client, an innovative international company specializing in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of leading dermatological and cosmetic products,
we are seeking a CFO to lead the finance organization and join the executive leadership team.
The company has established strong sales across the US and Europe, operating through both D2C and B2B channels, and is positioned for continued global expansion.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Full ownership of the company’s financial operations globally
✔ Build and manage the financial infrastructure to support manufacturing, supply chain, and international distribution
✔ Lead relationships with investors, VC funds, and banks.
✔ Drive financial strategy, business processes, cost optimization, and growth initiatives
✔ Oversee financial IT systems – experience with Priority ERP is a strong advantage
Requirements
🔹 Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferably with Big 4 experience
🔹 Minimum 7 years in a senior financial leadership role (CFO or VP Finance)
🔹 Proven track record in product-based industries – cosmetics, consumer electronics, consumer goods, pharma or med-tech
🔹 Experience leading fundraising and investor relations with VCs or private equity
🔹 Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution ability
🔹 Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
🔹 Fluent English – a must
