Product Manager

Obligo is on a mission to build trust between landlords and renters through financial technology that supports the lifecycle of the landlord-tenant relationship.

The strategic partnerships team leads the charge in identifying opportunities for and building collaborations with strategic partners such as property management software companies, financial institutions, tech companies, and other real estate related firms.

Obligo is a Fintech / Realestate-Tech startup, looking for a Product Manager to join our high-energy TLV beach-side office culture.

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Meet weekly with Tech leads to plan the upcoming sprints and discuss priorities
• Lead alignment meetings for new features
• Create product mockups, gather feedback, and work closely with designers to turn the successful ones to amazing looking screens
• Write JIRA tickets for new features considering edge cases, data structure, and product vision
• Have weekly (or bi-weekly) meetings with customer success, customer operations, marketing, and sales to gather feedback and discuss prioritization
• Ideate, prototype, and launch experiments to continuously improve the product and offerings (user experience, value proposition, and critical KPIs)
• Build dashboards in Tableau and Mixpanel to track user behavior, key KPIs, and A/B tests
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of hands-on product management experience in SaaS products
• Technical understanding of web development and web applications
• Experience with product analytics tools (MixPanel/Google Analytics/FullStory/Amplitude)
• Profound UX understanding and the ability to turn ideas into great experiences
• Self-managed, organized, methodical, and able to handle pressure
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in the FinTech / eCommerce space - Advantage
