Technical Recruiter

1. Responsible for end-to-end management of recruitment processes, primarily in technology, requiring previous experience in the field.
2. Accountable for active sourcing and identification of candidates on social networks, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting in-depth interviews.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers.
4. Partner on projects in various HR domains such as welfare, training, etc.
5. Work with contractor companies and employee outsourcing (OS) – manage processes with contractor companies from recruitment and job opening to profile definition, meetings, partnership closures, preparation of agreements, and more.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrated experience in technology recruitment for a minimum of 3 years – significant advantage for business organization experience.
2. Knowledge and experience in sourcing and recruiting through social networks is a must.
3. Ability to work independently and quickly.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation.
5. Initiative, creativity, and a great passion for the recruitment field.
