• Responsibility for managing and leading recruitment processes from E2E for a variety of jobs in the field of pharma, chemistry, production and operations (from junior positions to senior positions).

• Opening positions in the corporate recruitment system for the recruitment center staff that provides operational support in the recruitment processes.

• Conducting face-to-face interviews and accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiating, providing a salary offer and accompanying the employee until the absorption process.

• Accompanying hiring managers in the decision-making process in the field of recruitment as a professional authority.

• Working in diverse interfaces with the staff of the recruitment center, sourcing, professional managers, divisional HR, etc.

• Taking part in management meetings and presenting divisional recruitment data to interested parties.

• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree - a significant advantage

• English at a high level

• Previous experience of at least 3 years in recruitment positions (also available from placement companies)

Previous experience in conducting face-to-face diagnostic interviews

• High consulting and communication skills, business/process thinking and the ability to drive processes.
