Senior Account Manager

In this role:

Implement and execute the strategic goals of the division as defined by the CFO and business development:

- Membership in the division's management and partnership in policy making.

- Oversight of board meetings.

- Preparation, execution, and ongoing control of work plans, including budget monitoring.

- Facilitate financial organizational processes, such as guiding and leading ERP system implementation, including the preparation of working papers.

- Responsible for investment management, fundraising, credit, and M&A.

- Manage cross-divisional work interfaces, including task and process management, objectives, and metrics.

- Matrix management spanning the division.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting – mandatory. Master's degree is an advantage.

- Certified Public Accountant license.

- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience within an organization (excluding internship years).

- Experience from one of the major international accounting firms is a plus.

- High-level data analysis and reporting skills.

- Experience with SAP, ORACLE systems is an advantage.

- Excellent presentation skills.
