Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in the factory management.

- Lead the operational excellence unit to enhance factory performance.

- Possess professional authority for leadership, implementation, and knowledge management in operational excellence.

- Train, guide, and develop capabilities of managers and employees to improve efficiency, production, service, safety, and quality.

- Drive processes and their optimization while addressing resistance, strengthening connection and belief in the process, and enhancing capabilities through empowerment and partnership.

- Implement the operational excellence language and communicate achievements and successes in this activity.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Preference for a degree in industrial engineering and management. Master's degree is an advantage.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading operational excellence or department management in a manufacturing facility.

- Experience in matrix management and project leadership.

- Experience in leading change, management, and implementation of LEAN methodology is an advantage.
