Integration Engineer

Corsound AI R&D team is looking for an Integration Engineer to work at our Tel Aviv offices.

We are using cutting edge AI techniques to treat human voice using image processing techniques.

Members of our algorithms team develop world class speaker recognition and voice processing solutions.

As an Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of systems and applications with clients organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and implement software solutions that enable the organization to operate more efficiently and effectively while working with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design integration solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
2. Develop, test, and implement software solutions that integrate multiple systems and applications.
3. Ensure that integrated systems and applications are scalable, efficient, and reliable.
4. Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service.
5. Maintain documentation and provide training to end-users on integrated systems and applications.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest integration technologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience with call center integrations is a plus
3. Experience in product integration and testing. The ideal candidate is skilled in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless integration with partners and clients.
4. Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that integrate multiple systems and applications.
5. In-depth knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, web services, and messaging systems.
6. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL.
7. Proficiency with Linux Ubuntu and Windows operating systems
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
11. Prior experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
