Assistant Payroll - Pensions Administrator

Responsibilities

·       Ongoing work with external pension and benefits agencies

·       Responsible for all social benefits topics- new employee kit, social benefits forms, 161 forms, Social release letter.

·       Checking the validity for pension forms and salary data.

·       Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information

·       Addressing queries about payroll-related issues

·       Preparing and generating reports for company managers

·       Responsibility for 101 forms

·       Generating and processing payroll reports (Reserve duty benefits, travel, sick-leave, convalescence, and vacation reports, etc.)

·       Capacity to keep track of numerous ongoing tasks

·       Responsibility for the company's attendance management system

·       Reviewing timesheets to ensure their validity

Requirements

•  Experience and background in the insurance field as a pension agent/consultant– Advantage
•  Payroll accounting certificate – Mandatory
• 1-4 years experience in pension/payroll area
•  Excel knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP formulas) – Mandatory
•  Ability to work intensely on payroll dates – Mandatory
•  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines – Mandatory
•  Ability to work independently – Mandatory
•  Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant, preferably within a global company- Advantage
•  Familiarity with Hilan software - Advantage
•  English– Mandatory
