Junior Human Resources Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Analyst located in Holon with flexibility for remote work. The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data, benefits administration, implementing HRIS, managing HR policies and procedures, and supporting HR management in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting data
• Proficient in benefits administration
• Experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) implementation and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may also be considered
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
