abra is looking for an experienced IT BUSINESS ANALYST 🏆

WHAT YOU’LL DO?

• Plan, lead, organize, and control multiple IT projects according to an approved scope and schedule.
• ERP management including implementation of all change requests, support, and training.
• Write detailed technological characterization documents including core processes analysis, interfaces, etc.
• Create, update and control various characterization and system documentation.
• Lead projects to develop, test, and implement solutions, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design and document technical solutions that focus on automation and efficiency to reduce manual intervention.
• Accompany the development, integration, and implementation stages throughout the life cycle of the various products.
• Keep managing released solutions for malfunctions and ongoing changes in requirements.
• A constant search and detection of new solutions and technologies that will enable the provision of effective solutions for organizational needs.
• Plan and implement digital improvements in the organization.
• Third-party service suppliers’ management and control.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED?

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Information Technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on automation and BI solutions.
• A demonstrated experience in managing full lifecycle IT solution implementation.
• Project management experience with a proven track record of leading successful Digital Digitization projects.
• A proven ability to learn and map complex business workflows.
• An experience in developing technical characterizations for automated solutions and BI systems.
• A very high level of English.
