Customer Support Specialist JB-3044

We are a leading start-up with an innovative cybersecurity product and we're searching for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join us and help us grow.

In this role, you will:

• Communicate directly with partners and customers to solve problems, answer questions, provide guidance, remote and on-site support.

• Be the 1st / 2nd-tier support while ensuring a responsive and proficient point of contact for all customer and partner needs.

• Install systems and train customers and partners on site and remotely.

• Record and report common product and service complaints.

• Work closely with R&D teams in an Agile environment

• You will work in the office and at customer sites.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support positions - a must.

• Experience with troubleshooting on multidisciplinary products - a must.

• Experience working in Unix/Linux environment - a must.

• Willing to travel up to 50% - a must.

• High lvel of written and verbal English - a must.

• Experience in training customers - a must.

Nice to have:

• Experience with support of combined hardware-software complex systems

• Experience working with On-Prem environments.

• Experience in coding, scripting, and automation capabilities - advantage

• Familiar with CRM tools

• Knowledge in reading logs of complex multi-process environment
