- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Expertise in recruiting for software and hardware positions across diverse industries.
- Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and tools to identify top talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of technical skills and experience evaluating candidates' technical competencies.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
