Research Development Team Lead

Check Point’s Threat Prevention Chief Technologist Office is looking for a Team Leader to join its staff.

The CTO consists of highly talented teams and individuals overseeing Data-Science, Security Research, Advanced Development, and Architecture across all Check Point’s Threat Prevention products and services - Cloud, Mobile, End-Point, and Network.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Innovate, create new security solutions and integrate them from POC stage to production.
• Spear-head the development of new technologies to produce cutting edge solutions for hard problems.
• Work closely with AI research group to deploy state-of-the-art algorithms to protect our customers.
• Enjoy the work and knowledge of Cyber Researchers, Analysts, Fellow programmers and Data-Scientist to deliver cyber security products.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Experience designing, creating, and deploying cyber security solutions to production systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in solving hard technical problems.
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial position.
• Development experience writing code for production systems in C, C++, Python.
• Knowledge in network security, operating system internals, vulnerabilities, and exploitation – Big advantage.
• Good general understanding of cyber security landscape and various types of attacks/defense methods – Big advantage.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
