Chief of Staff

RCS is a leading international consumer electronics trading company and one of the biggest importers of solar energy products to Israel . With over 28 years of experience, RCS has thousands of customers and suppliers worldwide.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to support the executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, the Chief of Staff will collaborate closely with the CEO, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring effective communication across departments and helping the CEO with his daily tasks.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as liaison between CEO to staff, executives and senior leaders regarding company cross-project updates, proposals, and business development.
• Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing various operation issues and follow-ups.
• Provide direct support to the CEO, preparing presentations, responsible for summarizing management meetings and flow upon action items, ensuring participants are ready and prepared for meetings, facilitating efficient decision-making processes, etc.
• Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
• Project Management: Lead special projects and initiatives, working closely with leadership to execute key business initiatives and monitor progress.

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in a business management or executive role
• Experience in data analysis
• Proven success in a project coordination role
• Strong project-reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communications
• Excellent English proficiency
• Business minded, focused on business development
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
