Requirements:

• At least 1Y of experience in IT management 
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
• Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
• Strong creative and analytical thinking

What Will You Do:

•  System Administration: Play a key role in managing our software and hardware systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly and securely.
•  Network Management: Get involved in the heart of our network operations, from setting up to troubleshooting various network technologies.
•  Technical Support: Be the go-to person for tech support, assisting our staff with a range of computer issues.
•  Cybersecurity: Dive into the world of cybersecurity, helping to protect our data and systems from digital threats.
•  Training and Documentation: Help train users on new systems and create helpful guides and documentation.
