Frontend Developer

A startup company specializing in AI product development in the realms of NLP and Speech-to-Text technology. The company's product addresses a prevalent issue in many large organizations: the manual or insufficient documentation of numerous critical internal processes. This is particularly significant for quality control or safety procedures.

The company boasts a clientele consisting of major global players in the traditional industry. The essence of the role involves reporting to the Tech Lead and focusing on development using React, Redux, and TypeScript.

With a staff of 50 located in the Sharon region, the company operates on a flexible hybrid work model.

Requirements-

• 3 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications

• Proficiency in React or similar client-side frameworks is a must

• Experience with TypeScript, state management, caching, and testing is a significant advantage

• Capability to lead complex features from end to end, and to solve technical challenges with a strong technical background

• Solid foundation in system design and architecture skills

• Ability to implement complex UX designs from specifications to production

• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and cloud environments such as AWS and Azure

• Passionate about “doing things the right way” with a can-do mentality

• Maintains a positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative environment
