Marketing Automation Specialist- 50073271

We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our marketing technology team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product managers to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective marketing automation strategies within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and implement complex customer journeys, drip campaigns, and personalized communications to enhance customer engagement.
• Configure and optimize email templates using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Utilize SQL and JavaScript for custom development within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement and manage data synchronization processes to ensure accurate and timely transfer of data between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other integrated systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with a focus on marketing automation.
• In-depth knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript for custom development within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for creating and customizing visually appealing email templates.
• Strong understanding of marketing processes, segmentation strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
