The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in performing and optimizing the day-to-day activities of Mobilicom’s operations.

Reporting to the VP Operations, this individual will be responsible for managing and enhancing operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

This is a full-time, in-office, role at our Headquarters in Shoham, Israel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing and implementing the day-to-day activity of logistics, purchasing, production, labs, warehouse, import/export, and shipments.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance efficiency.

Supervise and mentor a team of operational professionals. Lead employees to engagement and dedication.

Synchronize the day-to-day operational functions with the various company departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience managing Operations for a hardware manufacturing company – a must

Fluent in English – a must

Experience working with international companies, subcontractors, and customers – a must

Priority ERP experience – a must

Operations experience in areas of communication/wireless – an advantage

Operations experience in business-to-business (B2B) companies – an advantage

Strong technical background. Education in Electronics – an advantage

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving mindset, result orientation, and superior decision-making skills.
