Front-end Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end developers, providing guidance.
• Develop high-quality code for advanced applications.
• Collaborate on feature design and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Architect and maintain scalable, efficient front-end systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, integrating best practices.
• Uphold coding standards for consistency and quality.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers for appealing interfaces.
• Integrate new technologies to enhance application capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end software development, with at least 2 years in an engineering management role.
• Experience with ReactJS.
• Familiarity with libraries/frameworks such as Redux, Redux-saga, CSS modules, styling components, and Storybook.
• Experience in testing API requests and enhancing the technical capabilities of peer developers.
• Experience in managing and improving engineering processes.
