We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & People partner

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Talent Acquisition & people. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of talent acquisition while also collaborating with key stakeholders to align HR practices with organizational goals.

About The Role

In this role, you will partner strategically and work closely with the business leaders and all employees.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and extending job offers.

Focus on onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing our people, as well as implementing cross-organizational HR processes

Help promote an enjoyable and exciting workplace to retain employees.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent acquisition
• 3+ years of relevant people partner experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew
• Proven experience in leading HR processes from A to Z, including: Onboarding and off-boarding, performance review cycle, engagement survey, top talent retention …
• Strong consulting, coaching, communication, and influencing skills with proven ability to position as a trusted partner.
