We’re seeking a sharp, organized, hands-on Director of Finance to be a leading stakeholder in the company’s financial strategy planning and implementation.

As our Director of Finance, you will lead all the finance department activities and related tasks. That is a hands-on role, working cross-functionally with all departments and reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the company's financial strategy and budget to support business growth and profitability.
• Manage and execute day-to-day financial operations, including Treasury, Collection, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Budget Forecasting, Tax, and more
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to finance and accounting.
• Monitor financial performances and provide regular reports to the CEO
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including customers, banks, and auditors
• Tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes
• Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements
• Establish and maintain Financial processes for all Financial pillars
• Manage external Accountants based in Europe and the USA
  
  

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field or CPA licensed
• 3+ years of experience in a management role, such as a Finance Manager, Director or Controller
• 2+ years of working experience with subsidiary companies, particularly in EMEA
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Fluent English and Hebrew language skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on approach
• Strong attention to detail and work ethics
• A self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of Priority ERP system - an advantage
