Information Technology Manager

We are looking for an IT manager to ensure the smooth running of our office IT infrastructure.

This position requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for staying updated of emerging technologies. You will be responsible for managing our office IT infrastructure, implementing and operating IT tools, overseeing the office IT system upgrades, providing technical support to our internal teams, and work closely with the company IT security team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters: oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's office IT infrastructure.
• Supporting the company’s CISO with the Implementation of security measures to safeguard the company's data and systems.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the office IT systems.
• Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compatibility..
• Trouble-shoots and solves IT problems related to hardware, software, and network problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support them with their IT needs, provide effective technical solutions and solve IT issues.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement of IT equipment, licenses, services, and more.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
• Deep knowledge and proven experience with Windows and Linux based OS, Microsoft Azure services, Azure 365, Azure AD, MDM policy, Office, SharePoint.
• Proven experience in setting policy and deployment of IAM in Azure environment.
• Proven experience as Sys Admin in Linux and Windows environments.
• Deep knowledge and proven experience with Fortinet EMS solution, EMS policy deployment and management, EPP, Network Security, Cloud Security principle and technics.
• Experience and ability to implement effective IT solutions, tools, IT security policies, and security solutions.
• Experience in installing computers, network solutions, and third-party IT services.
• Excellent interpersonal and service skills. Highly organized and detail oriented.
• A self-learner with ability to explore new technologies and solutions.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Relevant certifications.
