We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Development and Engineering Manager to join our team at Qinflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Multidisciplinary Product Development:

• Led and supported the development of cutting-edge medical devices, integrating electronics, software, hardware, and consumables.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

Team and Subcontractor Management.

Technical Support on the Production Floor:

• Provide technical expertise on the production floor, addressing challenges, and implementing solutions to enhance quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes.

Equipment Implementation:

• Assist in identifying and implementing production and testing equipment to enhance efficiency and meet quality standard

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Professional Experience: Proven track record in development work and engineering design of electronics-based products, software, and hardware.

• Advantageous to have experience in the development of medical products and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.

Management Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of previous management experience leading multidisciplinary development teams and subcontractors from various fields.

Language Skills:

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Documentation and Budget Management:

• Proficient in the preparation of engineering documents, writing development documents, and maintaining strict documentation of development processes.
• Experience in task management and development budget oversight.

Hands-On Approach:

• Demonstrated readiness for hands-on work to address technical challenges and support the team effectively.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.
