Service Engineer

Position: Service Engineer

Department: Global Technical Service

Job Type: Full-time + International Travel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to company clients in Israel and internationally.
2. Respond promptly to issues related to technical, hardware, and RFID matters.
3. Install new systems in Israel and abroad.
4. Maintain open communication with various functions within the company to ensure quick and efficient resolution of reported issues.
5. Establish and nurture direct relationships with clients.
6. Responsible for reporting status to clients regarding internal/external factors.
7. Control and improve processes with international clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Mechanical/Electronic Engineer
• Experience: 3 years in installation/service/integration of multidisciplinary machines in Israel and abroad. Customer service experience required.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in providing service for multidisciplinary machines.
2. Strong technical orientation.
3. Experience working in a computerized environment, including software and network proficiency.
4. Ability to work independently and in teams, with a willingness to work overtime if needed.
5. Willingness to travel abroad.
6. High-level English proficiency.
7. Strong interpersonal skills.
8. The position is open to both men and women.
